On the morning of December 22, the team building program “Beyond the Wind Reaching Out” took place with unexpected success thanks to the careful preparation as well as the full participation of the members.
The program started with a warm-up, which was very exciting, fun, and humorous – helping everyone’s spirits rise, excitement, tightening solidarity to prepare to enter the game together – End At launch, we had three teams with their colors and colors, Red – Yellow – Green including employees from all positions and levels as well as all departments.

This is similar to when building a company’s organization, it needs a close and consistent connection from the staff. Let’s see the results that 3 Team Engineers have created!

The night of the Gala Diner exploded
Perhaps it’s been a long time since the joint venture with MC Group, We accidentally got caught up in the waves of work and forgot about the value of the company culture that the company had built. That is the culture of sharing love, being yourself, and everyone uniting to create strength… only then will the company go beyond the wind to reach further. And this is also the desire that General Director Vu Ngoc Truong shared when speaking at the opening ceremony of the last Gala.
Even on this year’s Gala night, it can be said that a very “BiFi” culture has been recreated and exploded through all the musical performances from the staff level to the company’s Board of Directors, who Everyone enthusiastically participated.
