PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
- Mycoflex 300 PU is one-component moisture curable polyurethane sealant.
- Product has excellent bonding and sealing performance. No corrosion and pollution to substrates, environment friendly, no bubbles during application, smooth and fine appearance.
PRODUCT PROPERTIES:
- Excellent softness after curing, easy to cut, convenient for replacement.
- Excellent bonding performance, primer-less.
- Excellent extrudability and thixotropy, non-sag properties.
AREAS OF APPLICATION:
- Suitable for areas where low movement, high resistance to penetration and pressure are required.
- Suitable for waterproof sealing of the back water surface of bridges and tunnels, drainage pipes and other waterproof structures.
- For precast panel, concrete internal wall and stone bonding and sealing.
APPLICATION NOTES:
- Remove dust, oil and water from the surface of substrates.
- Tack free time and curing speed of Polyurethane sealant influenced by environment temperature and humidity.
- Construction environment temperature: 5~35ºC, humidity: 50~70% RH.
