Ben Thanh – Can Gio Railway Line
Project overview: The Ben Thanh – Can Gio railway line is a major, key transport infrastructure project for Ho Chi Minh City, connecting the central Ben Thanh area with Can Gio. Spanning approximately 54 km, the line features a double-track, electrified design with a standard gauge of 1,435 mm and a maximum design speed of up to 350 km/h. The majority of the route is constructed on viaducts, aiming to establish a high-speed link between the city center and Can Gio while driving new development in the southern part of Ho Chi Minh City.
