- APPLICATION ADVICE:
➢ MC-Montan Grout 01 is an alkaline-based activator for bi-component grouts.
➢ MC-Montan Grout 01 is used as component B especially for the activation of component A with hydraulically bound binders.
➢ With MC-Montan Grout 01 as activator or component B, it is easy to combine with MC-Montan Grout 04/08/10.
➢ The activator is injected during the annular gap grouting and the Gel-phase as well as the early strength of the two-component grout mortar can be adjusted specifically via the dosage.
➢ The mode of action of MC-Montan Grout 01 depends on the particular composition of the hydraulic binder in component A.
➢ The “MC-Business Unit Tunnelling” is available for individual consultation and optimization of the application on site.
