➢ Primer for Epoxy flooring systems, Polyurethane coatings, Epoxy mortars and Polymer-modified mortars.
➢ Penetrating impregnation for strengthening and improving low-strength concrete and mortar substrates.
➢ Curing agent for fresh concrete, particularly effective in chemically aggressive environments.
➢ Formulated with chemical components suitable for applications involving intermittent water contact, prolonged inhalation exposure and frequent application.

- INSTRUCTIONS TO USE:
➢ General information:
– Coverage rates, application times, time to foot traffic and time to full cure depend on temperature, substrate characteristics and site conditions. Mixing of the two components must be carried out under strict supervision.
– Avoid incomplete curing or material residues remaining on the surface.
– MC-EP Primer W should not be applied during rain or temperatures are below 8°C.
➢ Substrate preparation / Mixing: Please refer to the “General Application Advice” leaflets: “Industrial Flooring – Substrate and Substrate Preparation” and “Reactive Resins”.
➢ Priming: Priming beneath Epoxy or Polyurethane Floor Coatings: Apply MC-EP Primer W by roller at 150 – 200 g/m². Final floor coatings may be applied after a minimum of 6 hours and a maximum of 24 hours at 30°C.
