APPLICATION NOTES:
- ACB 3397 is an active grinding aid specifically designed to increase the productivity of grinding stations and promote increased strength of finished cement products to help reduce the clinker/cement ratio.
- Increase mill productivity (from 10% to 15%), increase early and ultimate strength of cement (from 10% to 15%). Therefore, it allows reducing Clinker content (from 5% to 10%).
- Improves the efficiency of closed-cycle mills by preventing adhesion on the grinding equipment, baffles and liners while ensuring smoothness of the cement. Due to the reduced re-agglomeration of particles after grinding, the amount of reflux to the mill is reduced, thereby improving the efficiency of grinding aid.
- The volume of cement increases and the flexibility of cement increases during transportation.
- Can be pumped directly into the crusher or onto the conveyor belt that transports raw materials before the crusher.
- Absolutely do not mix with other products.
- Can be used with all standard cement types as well as sulfate resistant cement.
- Does not contain any hazardous substances. It is safe for use with standard precautions followed in the construction industry, such as use of hand gloves, safety goggles, etc.
- Avoid contact with foodstuffs and utensils. Avoid prolonged skin contact. In the event of contamination, wash thoroughly with water. If the eyes or mouth are affected, wash with clean water and obtain medical attention immediately.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
