NOTES:
- ACB 3118 is an active grinding aid specifically designed to enhance the productivity of slag grinding units.
- The product is specially formulated to improve early strength development in slag cement with high clinker replacement rates.
- It enhances the efficiency of closed-circuit grinding systems by preventing buildup on grinding equipment, diaphragms, and liners, while maintaining the desired fineness. The reduction in particle re-agglomeration also helps to lower material recirculation, thereby increasing overall grinding efficiency.
- Can be dosed directly into the mill or onto the conveyor belt feeding material to the mill.
- Do not mix with other products.
- Free from hazardous substances; safe to use when following standard construction safety practices (e.g. wearing gloves, safety goggles, etc.).
- Avoid contact with food and utensils. Prevent prolonged skin contact. In case of contamination, rinse thoroughly with water. If contact occurs with eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
- Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.
