- PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
➢ ACB 3219CP is an active grinding aid specifically designed to increase the productivity of grinding stations and promote increased strength of finished cement products to help reduce the clinker/cement ratio.
➢ Increase mill productivity (from 8% to 15%), increase early and ultimate strength of cement (from 10% to 15%). Therefore, it allows reducing Clinker content (from 3% to 8%).
➢ Improves the efficiency of closed-cycle mills by preventing adhesion on the grinding equipment, baffles and liners while ensuring smoothness of the cement. Due to the reduced re-agglomeration of particles after grinding, the amount of reflux to the mill is reduced, thereby improving the efficiency of grinding aid.
