PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
MC-Primer SB is a one-component, cold-applied, oil-based modified rubber bitumen coating. Specially used as a primer when applying hot-melt or self-adhesive bitumen membranes.

APPLICATION NOTES:
- Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, solid, free of standing water and free of surface contaminants such as lubricants, curing compounds and surface dust.
- Primer application: Can be used pure or diluted 10-20% kerosene into MC-Primer SB and mixed well. After mixing the coating mixture, use a brush or sprayer to apply a primer coat to the surface. Allow this primer to dry completely before applying the next coats. The surface must be dry.
- Consumption density: 4-6m²/kg (depend on surface absorption).
- Drying time: Approximately 60 minutes to 4 hours until surface is dry. The product when dry still has the physical adhesion of bitumen.
- Cleaning: Wash hands and tools with cold water while product is wet and use kerosene or solvent when product is dry.
