MC-Centrilit Fume 950

• PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

➢ MC-Centrilit Fume 950 mineral additive contains ultra-fine active silica (particle size < 0.1µm). The presence of this active ingredient significantly improves internal bonding strength and impermeability. Concrete has very high bonding strength and significantly improved pumpability.
➢ Once the concrete has hardened, the active silica will form chemical bonds with the free lime produced during cement hydration.

➢ Significantly increases water impermeability.
➢ Increase sulfate resistance.
➢ Increases abrasion resistance.
➢ Provides excellent workability.
➢ Increases durability.

➢ High strength concrete.
➢ Precast concrete.
➢ Concrete in applications requiring high quality of both fresh and hardened concrete.
➢ Applications for concrete in marine environments.

• APPLICATION NOTES:

➢ It can be combined with all MC-BIFI superplasticizer products for optimal results, but must be mixed separately.
➢ Use a mixer; do not mix by hand. Optimal mixing time depends on the type of additive combined.
➢ Can be used with all standard cements as well as sulfate-resistant cements.
➢ Contains no harmful substances; safe to use in accordance with construction safety principles. For example, use gloves, safety glasses, etc.
➢ Avoid contact with food and utensils, and avoid prolonged contact with skin. In case of contamination, rinse thoroughly with water. If splashed into eyes or mouth, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek immediate medical attention.
➢ Avoid contact with foodstuffs and utensils. Avoid prolonged skin contact. In the event of contamination, wash thoroughly with water. If the eyes or mouth are affected, wash with clean water and obtain medical attention immediately.
