- MC-TechniPlast is a high grade liquid additive that gives the dual benefits of providing significant improvement in workability along with reduced water absorption. The addition of MC-TechniPlast to a mortar mixture enhances the plasticity of the mixture by creating a ‘ball-bearing’ effect. At the same time, the microscopic capillaries are rendered discontinuous, thereby impeding the flow of liquid through them, and finally reducing the permeability of the mortar.
- MC-TechniPlast contains special polymers that reduce formation of shrinkage cracks. The improved cohesion provides lower rebound loss supplemented by a greater coverage. The increase in coverage can be upto 20 %. This makes significant cement savings possible. The spreading and smoothening is also made much easier. The efficiency of labour is increased, and plastering can be done in a single operation. MC-TechniPlast provides the mortar with efficient, reliable and durable damp proofing against acute rains, ground water moisture as well as environmental humidity.
