APPLICATION GUIDE:
- It is a ready-to-use solution, use directly, do not dilute, stir well before use.
- Can be applied to all types of clean formwork. Apply a thick coat with a brush or roller, and allow to dry.
- Formwork surface must not be greasy.
- Cover to protect from direct sunlight.
- Note on construction: Remove formwork to expose aggregate: For best results, remove formwork as soon as possible after pouring concrete. Usually 1 day in warm weather, 2 days in cold weather. If the formwork must be left longer, use 2 or even 3 coats of MC-Centrament Retard 350 to ensure MC-Centrament Retard 350 penetrates deeply. Make a test sample first on a piece of concrete to check the effect of MC-Centrament Retard 350.
- Cement paste may adhere to the formwork during removal, while still soft it can be easily removed from the formwork and concrete by brushing or high pressure water jetting. It must be cleaned immediately after removal of the formwork. The concrete must be kept moist and cured as usual. In any case a small test should be carried out before use as cement and conditions of use vary from site to site.
- Cleaning: All equipment must be cleaned immediately after use with water.
- Application note: MC-Centrament Retard 350 may cause skin irritation. Appropriate precautions should be taken to minimize direct skin contact. If material gets into eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
