- PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
➢ BIFI CR38 is a specially designed grinding aid that reduces and eliminates chromium (VI) in Portland cement and mixed Portland cement.
➢ Chromium (VI) reduction effect is used at a dose of 35-50ppm BIFI CR38 for 1ppm Cr(VI). The exact dosage depends on the Cr(VI) content of the cement, the cement storage conditions, the required effective time which is determined through tests.
➢ The ability to maintain the effectiveness of BIFI CR38 can be up to 3-4 months after mixing with cement under good storage conditions.
➢ The product is ready – to – use and must not be mixed with water during applying.
- PRODUCT PROPERTIES:
➢ Reduce the Cromium VI content in cement on a long term-basis to meet the European Directive 2003/53/CE requirements (Cr VI content below 2 ppm).
➢ It is a liquid admixture made with TIN II sulphate solution.
➢ Used to reduce levels of soluble chromium ions (VI).
- AREAS OF APPLICATION:
➢ Grind all types of cement according to EN 197-1 standard from type I to type V and high-aluminum cement.
➢ Grind all types of cement according to ASTM.
➢ Grind all types of cement according to TCVN.
➢ Suitable for ball mill, vertical mill and horromill.
