The addition of the correct quantity of clean water will produce a grout with the correct flowability. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 The product is suitable for joint depths ranging from 10 to 150 mm below onshore wind turbine foundations.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 The product is suitable for work requiring early loading such as machine base columns, prestressed beams, bridge bearings, cavities, openings, recesses and high strength repairs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>APPLICATION NOTES:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>MC-Grout 108 is used to prevent normal shrinkage of mortar and concrete. MC-Grout 108 contains selected and pre-mixed aggregates to produce a homogeneous, stable and water-free mixture. Consumption: 74 \u2013 75 bags per 1m\u00b3 of grout (depending on the water content of the mortar).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Substrate preparation:<\/strong> Concrete surfaces should be clean, sound and free from oil, grease, laitance, and loose particles. Metal shold be free from scale, sust, oil and grease. Absorbent substrates must be saturated thoroughly, but no standing water.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mixing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 Use an appropriate mixer and do not mix by hand. Allow 3 minutes mixing time to get a mixture showing homogeneous consistency.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 Leave the mixture for about 3-5 minutes to reduce the air holes and the chemical components to work together.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 Placing the grouting material as soon as possible after mixing to gain full benefit, and keeping mortar flow uninterupted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Curing:<\/strong> Curing the exposed surface of the grout as soon as the surface is dry, avoiding the rapid loss of water causing cracking and reducing the quality of the mortars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cleaning:<\/strong> Use clean water to clean tools immediately after application. When the product is solidified, it can only be cleaned by mechanical methods.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Safety information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 MC Grout 108 does not contain any hazardous substances.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 It is safe for use with standard precautions followed in the construction industry, such as use of hand gloves, safety goggles, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 Avoid contact with foodstuffs and utensils.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 Avoid prolonged skin contact.
