Substrate preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 Suitable substrates are concrete, polymer modified concrete or steel. The substrate should have a tensile strength of at least 1.5 N\/mm\u00b2 for concrete when measured according to a recognized national standard. The substrate must be free from standing water.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 The substrate must be clean and free from dust and loose particles. All traces of contamination e.g. oils and chemicals must be removed. Steel should be prepared by shot blasting to remove rust, oil and grease.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Preparation:<\/strong> Formwork must be constructed prior to the mixing of the Epoxy Grout. Form work should be of smooth very surface for ease of form work removal and to prevent the Epoxy Grout from bonding to the form work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Application:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u27a2 MC-DUR SK60<\/strong> must be applied at temperatures between 18 and 38\u00b0C. The material must be stored at this temperature for at least 24 hours before use.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 All components are pre-weighed for optimum performance and complete units should always be mixed. Empty all of the contents of Part B into the Part A. Mix with a slow speed drill and paddle until uniform. Normally 1-2 mins. Then add Part C and mix for 2 &#8211; 3 mins.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 The uniform material is then divided into equal units and then poured immediately into the hopper to create a hydrostatic pressure condition and then allow the grout to freely, flow into the required area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u27a2 MC-DUR SK60<\/strong> should only be applied from one side of the formwork to prevent air entrapment. Ensure sufficient <strong>MC-DUR SK60<\/strong> in order to fill the hopper and completely grout the area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Flow properties:<\/strong> Excellent flexibility resulting in good flowability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
