Use a high-pressure water jet or suitable equipment to remove debris and clean the surface.<br \/>\n&#8211; Handling cracks, pits on the construction surface to have a hard, firm surface that easily adheres to the waterproof layer.<br \/>\n&#8211; Surfaces with high water absorption should be moistened to saturation of the surface but without water stagnation.<br \/>\n&#8211; Wall corners and edges must be chamfered with plaster or other suitable materials.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2\u00a0<strong>Mixing:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Mixing ratio: Component A (Powder) : Component B (Liquid) = 3 : 1 (By weight).<br \/>\n&#8211; Pour component (B) into a clean bucket, slowly sprinkling component (A) into component (B) using a slow-speed mixer. Mix for about 3 minutes, carefully mixing to disperse the flour evenly until the mixture is homogeneous without lumps. Do not mix at high speed or mix for too long to avoid foaming in the mixture.<br \/>\n&#8211; To ensure the ratio of mixture, the product must be mixed as a whole, not in parts.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2\u00a0<strong>Application:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; MC-Proof SP 160 must be applied with a minimum of 2 coats. The first coat is applied by brush, brush or roller in only one direction until the surface is fully covered. The second coat is applied as soon as the first coat begins to dry, about 3-6 hours depending on environmental conditions. Use a soft brush to sweep in a direction perpendicular to the first layer. In case the first coat is too dry, it should be lightly moistened with water before applying the second coat.<br \/>\n&#8211; The recommended thickness of the finish waterproofing is at least 1 mm for areas not subject to hydrostatic pressure such as bathrooms, balconies, kitchens, terraces, etc.<br \/>\n&#8211; MC-Proof SP 160 can be applied with a suitable sprayer and must be tested prior to application.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a2\u00a0<strong>Curing:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Avoid applying in direct sunlight (Surface temperature above 35\u00b0C) or in windy conditions.<br \/>\n&#8211; The applied waterproofing layer should be protected from rain or running water for at least 24 hours to protect the integrity of the waterproofing membrane.
