Mix thoroughly with a low-speed mechanical mixer prior to application for homogenization.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Application:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>MC-Proof DF 6<\/strong> can be applied with brush, roller or airless spraying equipment.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; For absorbent mineral substrates, primer can be applied by mixing <strong>MC-Proof DF 6<\/strong> with 5-8% clean water at a usage rate of 0.2 &#8211; 0.3 kg\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>MC-Proof DF 6<\/strong> should be applied with at least 2 coats crosswise. The waiting time for dry-touching of the coat is between 1-2 hours, depending on temperature, humidity and layer thickness.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; At extreme areas such as corners, wall and floor conjunctions or areas with traffic, <strong>MC-Proof DF 6<\/strong> should be reinforced with a suitable reinforcing membrane or fibreglass mesh immediately after the first layer is applied.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Remark:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Don\u2019t apply <strong>MC-Proof DF 6<\/strong> under rain or extreme weather.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>MC-Proof DF 6<\/strong> should not be used in permanent contact with water. Roofing structures need to be designed at least 2% slope gradient.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Protection and curing: Full cure of <strong>MC-Proof DF 6<\/strong> waterproofing system is approximate 14 days after the final coat. Water ponding test for leakage can be performed after 7 days. The freshly applied membranes must be protected from rain for a minimum of 6-12 hours.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Safety instruction:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Always check the safety information on the packaging label and refer to the material safety information.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Always wear full protection such as masks, gloves, shoes, goggles during working.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with clean water for several minutes.
