Prepare a comprehensive execution plan. Use appropriate packers (e.g., MC-Stahlpacker 18\/300) and install them in advance. Preliminary injection is recommended before full-scale application.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mixing: <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; BF 2210 consists of Component A and Component B. The components are mixed thoroughly in the mixing head of a two-component injection pump (recommended length &gt; 20 cm).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pot life depends on ambient temperature and can be extended by cooling the components and the mixed material.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reaction time adjustment:<\/strong> Setting and reaction time can be tailored to specific project requirements. MC-KAT 27 is an accelerator used to adjust the curing time (dosage up to 1%).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Admixture:<\/strong> MC-Additive ST is used to adjust the foaming rate (recommended dosage: 4\u20137%). All admixtures must be added to Component A only.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Application:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; BF 2210 should be applied using a high-pressure, two-component injection pump (e.g., MC-I 710).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Recommended packer: MC-Bore Packer LS 18.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Do not inject when the substrate or product temperature is below +5\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Equipment cleaning:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; In case of long interruptions or upon completion, clean the pump thoroughly with a suitable cleaning agent, such as MC-Thinner PU or MC-Cleaner ECO.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Hardened material on equipment should be removed mechanically (e.g., with a scraper or wire brush).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Lubricating oil is recommended to protect the pump after use.
