In case of use sand, it must be added after cement. Allow sufficient mixing time to get a mixture showing homogeneous consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Concrete surfaces should be clean, sound and free from oil, grease, laitance, and loose particles. Metal shold be free from scale, sust, oil and grease.<\/li>\n<li>Tough the concrete surface and saturate the concrete surface after it has been roughened before applying.<\/li>\n<li>Use an appropriate mixer and do not mix by hand. If assistance is required, please contact our Technical Service Department.<\/li>\n<li>Mix in the mixer for 3 minutes so that the puree mixture meets the required flow rate.<\/li>\n<li>Should be constructed immediately after mixing the mortar to achieve the highest efficiency, during the construction process must ensure a continuous flow of mortar.<\/li>\n<li>Curing the exposed surface of the mortar as soon as it dries, avoid the surface to dry out prematurely.<\/li>\n<li><strong>MC-Quellmittel 200<\/strong> does not contain any hazardous substances.
