In order to determine specifications under specific conditions, preliminary conformance tests should be performed under actual construction conditions.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>APPLICATION NOTES:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u27a2 <\/span>Substrate preparation: <\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; The substrate must be sound firm, free of dirt, grease, old paint or other impurities,&#8230; which may affect the adhesion of the waterproofing layer.<br \/>\n&#8211; Flatten sharp, convex positions. Use a high-pressure water jet or suitable equipment to remove debris and clean the surface.<br \/>\n&#8211; Fill up cracks, pits on the substrate.<br \/>\n&#8211; Substrate with high water absorption should be moistened to saturation but with out standing water.<br \/>\n&#8211; Wall corners and edges must be chamfered with plaster or other appropriate materials.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u27a2 <\/span>Mixing:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Mixing ratio: Component A (Powder) : Component B (Liquid) = 1 : 1 (By weight).<br \/>\n&#8211; Pour component (B) into a clean bucket, slowly sprinkling component (A) into component (B) using a slow-speed mixer.<br \/>\n&#8211; Mix for about 3 minutes, carefully mixing to until the mixture is homogeneous without lumps. Do not mix at high speed or mix for too long to avoid foaming in the mixture.<br \/>\n&#8211; The product after mixing should wait 3-5 minutes for maturing of the chemicals, then it should be applied immediately. After the pot life time, discard it. Do not add water and mix again.<br \/>\n&#8211; To ensure the ratio of the mixture, the product must be mixed as a whole, not in parts.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u27a2 <\/span>Application:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>MC-Proof SP 515<\/strong> must be applied with a minimum of 2 coats. The first coat is applied by broom, brush or roller in only one direction until the surface is fully covered.<br \/>\n&#8211; The second coat is applied as soon as the first coat begins to dry, about 3-6 hours depending on environmental conditions. Use a soft brush to sweep in a direction perpendicular to the first layer. In case the first coat is too dry, it should be lightly moistened with water before applying the second coat.<br \/>\n&#8211; The recommended thickness of the finished waterproofing is at least 1 mm for areas not subject to hydrostatic pressure such as bathrooms, balconies, kitchens, terraces,&#8230;<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>MC-Proof SP 515<\/strong> can be applied with a suitable sprayer and must be tested prior to application.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u27a2 <\/span>Curing: <\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Avoid applying in direct sunlight or in high wind conditions. The waterproofing layer after application is protected from rain or running water for at least 24 hours to preserve the integrity of the waterproofing membrane.
