On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of MC-BiFi Bauchemie Joint Stock Company, I often ask everyone the same old question: “Honestly, what can keep you attached to a company?<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Do you know that in the current Vietnamese labor market, 6 out of 10 people are actively looking for new jobs? The younger generation, especially, tends to change jobs every 1-2 years (excluding state officials). Such cases cannot feel the attachment, and unity, and witness the formation and development of a company as it grows day by day.<\/p>\n

Contrary to the trend of frequent job changes, at MC-BiFi, we have many colleagues who have been with us for 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, and even 20 years. So do you know why they can stay with a company for so long? After many conversations, I understand the reasons why they decided to remain loyal and stick with MC-BiFi for such a long time. \nRecently, as part of the series of events celebrating the company’s 20th anniversary, the “Internal Love Connection” activity took place, spreading meaningfully and practically to all company employees.<\/p>\n

Here, the company\u2019s Board of Directors personally handed out gifts of 2 million VND along with a thank-you letter for each year of seniority that each employee has accompanied and stayed with MC-BiFi. The reward for the company’s 20th birthday is not only a message of encouragement, recognizing the contributions and dedication of those who have been loyal and stood by the company over the years, but also motivating the spirit of new employees to trust and be motivated to stay long-term. This birthday reward is also a great effort by the Board of Directors to express deep gratitude to everyone during this period of economic fluctuation and difficulty so that we can together “Continue the elite \u2013 Expand the value<\/strong>” taking MC-BiFi to greater heights and development.<\/p>\n
